to Order
- Order online using our secure
server, telephone, fax or post your order with a cheque to us.
- Simply fill in all details
e.g:-. size, colour and quantity sections relevant to your order.
- Complete the price sections,
then select the correct shipping method for your area.
- Enter your Credit/Debit
card details online using our secure server. (click
here for more information)
- Enter your email address
and you will be sent an invoice automatically online from Direct UK.
- If ordering by Telephone
or Fax select the correct invoice, print it out and telephone us with
ID number.
- Ordering by post select
"Purchasing by Cheque or Money Order", enter your details,
print it out (and a copy for yourself) and post
it enclosing your cheque or money order made payable to Direct Sales
Limited to the address at the bottom of the form.
- OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS NOTE:
You are responsible for importing goods into your own country, and you
must obey the regulations concerning those laws. You may be charged
an import tax on any goods you import, even via the internet.
- We have included a currency
coverter so you may see the cost of your order in your own currency.

Payment

We accept
all major Credit / Debit Cards: Master Card, Maestro, Visa Credit,
Visa Delta, Solo, JCB, American Express and Dinners Club International.
Please note we do not accept the Visa Electron card. All card transactions
are in £-Sterling

We also
accept cheques and postal orders in £ Sterling. Please make these
payable to Direct Sales Limited and post them to our address
on our contact page.
- Direct UK is a trading name
of Direct Sales Limited.
- We do not recommend sending
cash through the post, but if it is your preferred option we strongly
recommend using the registered/recorded delivery service. All cash payments
are sent at your own risk and must be sufficient to cover the cost of
goods. We accept no responsibility if sufficient cash is not enclosed
with the order.

Ordering

The security
of your online purchase information is very important to us. We have
implemented numerous measures to ensure that purchasing online from
us is safe and secure.You can be assured with complete assurance, that
when ordering online, what you are seeing cannot be viewed by a third

- How
do we do it?
When you enter your credit card information it passes between your computer
and our secure server, the information is encrypted (coded), using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) Protection. You will see a small "lock" appear in
your browser. If you see this, you can be confident that what you are
typing cannot be viewed by anyone else. We then use
(Pretty Good Privacy) which allows this information to be further encrypted
during its journey from our secure server to Direct-UK, where it is
further protected by a firewall. Your order is then decrypted and then
processed. Once this has been processed all credit card information
is then deleted from our system.

It is far safer
to transmit your credit card number over the Internet, using a Secure
Server, than to give it to a waiter at a restaurant or read it aloud
over a mobile phone!

- If paying by cheque once
it has cleared our bank (usually 5 working days) we will dispatch your
order.
- If paying by Credit Card,
to avoid fraudulent orders, goods can only be delivered to the cardholders
billing address. If you would like us to deliver to a different address,
please contact your credit card company and authorize the alternative
delivery address.
- All orders are processed
immediately and dispatched in plain packaging within 24hours subject
to stock availability. Delivery
will be within 3 working days by Royal Mail.
- However if an item is out
of stock, delivery will normally be made within 7 days, but please allow
14 days.
- Non delivery: If
no one is there to receive the parcel a card will be left saying where
you can collect it or it can be re-delivered. Parcels are held at the
Post Office for 7 days. If collecting, proof of identity is required,
either a drivers license or a relevant bill showing your name and address.

- These terms and conditions
shall be governed by and construed according to English Law.
- Although Direct UK will
endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on
the web site, neither Direct UK nor any directors, employees or other
representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of
or in connection with the use of this site.
- Price and availability information
is subject to change without notice. Errors and offers
are exempt.
- In order to ensure that
all products are of the highest quality, we reserve the right to alter,
amend and improve products without prior notification. Should a product
be deleted, amended or altered in any way we reserve the right to send
an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost.
- All prices quoted include
VAT at current UK rate.
- Any illustration of a product
or description of size, dimension, style etc. is given in good faith,
however, it cannot be guaranteed as absolutely correct. Due to the nature
of electronic imaging, colours depicted in photographs should be used
for guidance only.
- Prices do not include panties
or stockings unless otherwise stated.
- All goods remain the property
of Direct UK until paid for in full.
- Direct UK cannot be held
responsible for any damage to goods, property or injury to persons where
products have not been used with reasonable care or in accordance with
their manufacturers instructions or guidelines. Common sense should

Returns
Policy
PLEASE NOTE
THAT RETURNS ARE COSTLY SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY!
All products sold by Direct
UK are subject to the following conditions:-
- Returns
- If you are
not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the
right to cancel your order within 3 working days from the day after
you receive the goods, for credit, refund (excluding
Postage and Packing) or exchange.
- Credit/debit
card refunds are usually made within 30 days of cancellation.
- We recommend
cancellation/amendment notice is given by calling us on 01392 209863
Mon - Fri 9.00am -
8pm (UK Time)
as soon as possible. Alternatively notice may be given by e-mail of
Fax.
Please give as much information as possible when notifying by e-mail
or Fax, e.g. order number, name & address and a contact telephone number
so we may call you should any queries arise.
- You will
be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery or collection,
and safe return of the goods.
- Ensure you
get a proof of posting from the Post Office when returning an item to
us and we recommend you use a Recorded Delivery Service. Values over
£23 must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar
service.
- Direct
UK will not be responsible for products lost in the post when being
returned.
- Due to the
personal nature of the personal products we sell and for hygiene reasons,
we will NOT accept underwear or any goods for return if the seal
has been broken and the sealed packaging has been opened unless it is
faulty.
- It is your
responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its unopened
original packaging
where possible, unused and received in 'as sold' condition
along with the receipt
(in accordance
to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
- Returns

- Returns
sent to any other address will not be accepted.
- Where goods
are received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition you will
be charged the cost of restoring the goods to a saleable condition.
- If you do
not return goods within 7 days after we have been informed that you
intend to cancel your order, we reserve the right to arrange collection
of the item and to charge you for such collection.

Videos
/ DVD,s
If your Video/DVD
is faulty, we'll replace it or refund you if it is returned within
7 days
after we have been informed.

The
law makes an exception to your right to return in the case of videos,
music & computer games where the seal has been broken. This invalidates
your right to return the video - unless it is faulty.

Broken
/ Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that
you wish to return a product purchased from us due to a manufacturing
fault, please note that the customer will be offered either a replacement,
or a full refund (including return postage by Recorded Delivery or
Special Delivery), for any goods found to be faulty when delivered.
Faulty goods must be rejected within 3 working
days from the day after you receive the goods,
for a full refund or replacement. We will require full details of
the order date and Customer Shopper ID number. Each item must be returned
in its original packaging where possible, unused and received in 'as
sold' condition, with the product code clearly marked. Please keep
proof of posting when returning products.
- Errors
In the unlikely event of Direct
UK supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers must contact
Direct UK immediately providing full details of the order date and invoice
number. Direct UK will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.
